Yes—and we actually love this. Our classes are built around music, so if there’s a track you’re obsessed with, send it our way. It might just end up in a future flow.

Can I submit song requests for classes?

It’s super simple—you get unlimited access to our full library of classes, all billed monthly. You can cancel anytime with no pressure or long-term commitment. All you need is a laptop, phone, or tablet and a little bit of space to move.

How does Tempo On Demand work?

A bit of both, in the best way. You’ll build strength, improve mobility, and definitely feel it—but without the high-impact, all-or-nothing energy.

Is it actually a workout or more of a stretch class?

Just yourself, a waterbottle, and something you feel comfortable moving in. We’ve got the rest covered, so you can focus on settling in and enjoying the experience.

What should I bring to my first class?

Life happens—we get it. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, but if you’re running late, we’ll do our best to get you in without disrupting the flow. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

What if I’m running late or need to cancel last minute?

We keep things simple. Memberships are billed monthly and can be paused or cancelled with notice—no long-term pressure. For classes, we ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel so we can open up your spot for someone else.

What’s your membership and cancellation policy?

Even once a week can shift how you feel, but most people start to notice a real difference in strength, energy, and consistency coming 2–3 times a week. It’s less about doing more, and more about showing up regularly.

How often should I come to feel a difference?

Not at all. Our classes are designed to be approachable, with guidance and options throughout so you can move in a way that feels good for you. Most people walk in unsure their first time—and leave wondering why they waited so long.

I’ve never done yoga (or pilates)… will I be totally lost?
